Use dumbbells, rags, towels or the like to be able to slide your hands into the opening, either on the floor or on a low bar. Perform the opening movement and then close until your hands are almost joined using the strength of your chest. Try to keep your arms as straight as possible, avoiding bending your elbows excessively.
