The 360 ​​swing is one of the basic dynamic tricks. It consists of a full spin in the air and then holding on to the bar again. With this routine you will work on the necessary exercises to achieve it and you will practice the different progressions. Strengthening this movement is not 100% necessary in some cases, but they are very simple and short routines and you will make sure you have a good base for this skill.
