Triceps - Biceps - Abs - External rotators - Lower chest
- Climb up to the rings and stay up with your arms fully extended.
- Rotate your hands so that the palms face forward, try not to shrug your shoulders.
- This position is more complicated than the neutral support and it will cost you a bit to master it if you are not used to it.
